I am Chad Barrow, CEO and owner of Coastal Logistics Group, a company I proudly founded over 20 years ago with my father, Richard. As a graduate of the University of Georgia, I bring both my education and passion to CLG, which has grown from a family vision into a trusted logistics partner known for reliable, high-quality service. My role as CEO is deeply fulfilling, as I oversee a team committed to innovation, efficiency, and excellence in every project we undertake. Outside of work, I am happily married and the father of three wonderful daughters who inspire me daily.

Since qualifying as a Certified Chartered Accountant in the UK over 25 years ago, I have had the privilege of holding various commercially focused finance roles, from “hands-on” Controller to CFO, in both multinational corporations and privately held companies like CLG. My career has focused on manufacturing and distribution industries, where I quickly learned that meticulous planning, goal setting, and measurement are essential for driving success. These skills have been instrumental in guiding CLG’s growth. Outside of work, I am a proud husband and father of two, and I enjoy traveling with my family whenever possible.

I am Pete, the Chief Operating Officer for Coastal Logistics Group, where I oversee all operations, Transportation, Customer Service and daily Operations. With over 25 years of experience in global production planning, supply chain, and warehouse management operations—including 18 years with JCB—I bring a deep understanding of the importance of providing customers with timely, relevant, and cost-effective solutions. Originally from England, I now live in Richmond Hill, Georgia, with my wife and two children. When I’m not developing innovative solutions to our customers’ challenges, I like to burn calories and workout.

With a lifelong career in the supply chain industry, I am passionate about marketing and business development for 3PL companies. I’ve had the privilege of working with leading logistics firms, addressing the distribution needs of ambient and cold storage CPG and food products, as well as durable and industrial goods. I especially enjoy collaborative environments, leading teams with a focus on mentorship, support, and clear goal setting. My involvement in community service and industry associations, such as the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals Atlanta Roundtable, has been incredibly enriching. In my free time, I love traveling and spending quality time with my family.

I am the Vice President of Brokerage & Transportation at CLG Truckload Solutions LLC, a leading third-party logistics provider. With over 14 years of experience in logistics and transportation, I specialize in operational excellence, strategic sales, and scalable business growth. I have successfully contributed to organizational success across various roles, focusing on operational strategy, truckload procurement, and scalable business practices. I am passionate about leading high-performing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering innovation. My goal is to continue advancing the logistics industry, leveraging my expertise to enhance growth, efficiency, and long-term success for CLG Truckload Solutions.

I am an accomplished Human Resources professional with a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University and over 12 years of experience as an HR Director. I specialize in building and restructuring HR departments, with a strong track record of transforming HR functions to better align with organizational goals. My work is driven by a commitment to enhancing employee experience and engagement, as I strive to create positive and productive workplaces where team members feel valued and supported. With a focus on strategic leadership and fostering strong, collaborative environments, I bring both vision and practical solutions to my role, helping to build a culture of commitment and high morale among employees.
